راتبي أداةٌ برمجية للتوعية المالية: تحسب من الأرقام التي تُدخلها سيولتك اليومية، وكلفة ديونك، وخيارات السداد، وخطط الادخار، وتشرحها لك.
ليست استشارةً مرخّصة
ما يعرضه راتبي، ومنه المساعد الذكي، ليس استشارةً ماليةً أو قانونيةً مرخّصة، ولا يُغني عن مختص ولا عن جهة التمويل. القرارات قراراتك.
دقة الحسابات
النتائج تتبع دقة أرقامك. وهي تقديرية: جهات التمويل قد تحتسب السداد المبكر والرسوم وتوزيع الدفعات بطرقٍ مختلفة. قبل أي قرارٍ كبير اطلب من جهتك الأرقام مكتوبة، ومنها مبلغ التسوية الدقيق.
المجاني والاشتراك
- مجانًا دائمًا: الراتب، والالتزامات، وقائمة المشتريات، والسيولة اليومية. ويمكنك تسجيل بطاقاتك وقروضك لتُخصم دفعاتها من سيولتك.
- الاشتراك (دينار بحريني واحد شهريًا أو ما يعادله): كلفة الديون والنسبة الفعلية، وخيارات الدفع وخطة التحرّر، وجلسة الأسبوع وسجلّ التقدّم، ومدّخراتي، والمساعد الذكي بستين سؤالًا شهريًا.
- على الويب: يُفعَّل لمدة شهر ولا يُجدَّد تلقائيًا.
- من App Store: يُدفع عبر حسابك في Apple، ويُجدَّد تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغه قبل نهاية المدة بأربعٍ وعشرين ساعة على الأقل، ويُدار ويُلغى من إعدادات حسابك في Apple. وتسري عليه شروط Apple القياسية لاستخدام التطبيقات (EULA).
- يستمر الاشتراك حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة. وقد تتغيّر المزايا أو الحدود بإشعارٍ مسبق داخل التطبيق.
الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع تجاوز الحدود آليًا، أو محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات غيرك، أو إساءة استعمال المساعد الذكي، أو إعادة بيع الخدمة. ولنا إيقاف أي حسابٍ يخالف.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين مملكة البحرين. ولا يُسقط شيءٌ منها حقوقًا يكفلها لك قانون حماية المستهلك.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ونُخبرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق.
The service
Ratbi is a financial-awareness software tool: from the numbers you enter it works out your daily cash, debt cost, payment options and savings plans, and explains them.
Not licensed advice
What Ratbi shows, including the smart assistant, is not licensed financial or legal advice and does not replace a professional or your lender. Your decisions remain yours.
Accuracy
Results follow the accuracy of your numbers, and they are estimates: lenders may treat early payment, fees and payment allocation differently. Before any major decision, ask your lender for the figures in writing, including the exact settlement amount.
Free plan and subscription
- Always free: salary, bills, shopping list and daily cash. You can also add your cards and loans so their payments come out of your daily cash.
- Subscription (1 BHD a month or equivalent): debt cost and effective rates, payment options and the debt-free plan, the weekly session and progress, Savings, and the smart assistant with 60 questions a month.
- On the web: activated for one month and not renewed automatically.
- Through the App Store: paid with your Apple account, renewing automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and managed or cancelled in your Apple account settings. Apple’s standard licensed application end-user terms (EULA) apply.
- Access continues to the end of the paid period. Features or limits may change with prior notice inside the app.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass limits programmatically, try to access other accounts, misuse the smart assistant, or resell the service. We may suspend any account that does.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Nothing here removes rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes inside the app.
