باختصار
لا نطلب رقم بطاقة ولا رمزًا ولا رقم حساب ولا اسم بنك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نتتبّعك، ولا نبيع بياناتك.
ما تُدخله
- راتبك ويوم نزوله، والتزاماتك الشهرية والسنوية، وقائمة مشترياتك.
- بطاقاتك: اسمٌ تختاره، والحد، والرصيد، ونسبة الربح، والدفعة الشهرية، والحد الأدنى.
- قروضك: اسمٌ تختاره، والمتبقي، والقسط، والأقساط الباقية، والنسبة المعلنة.
- صندوق الطوارئ وأهدافك، ولقطات جلسة الأسبوع، ومحادثتك مع المساعد الذكي.
أين تُحفظ
- بلا حساب: على جهازك وحده، في ذاكرة المتصفح أو التطبيق.
- بحساب: بريدك، وكلمة مرورك مبصومةً (لا نستطيع قراءتها)، ونسخةٌ من أرقامك على خادمنا لدى مزوّد الاستضافة لتصل إلى أجهزتك.
المساعد الذكي والذكاء الاصطناعي
المساعد الذكي ميزةٌ للمشتركين، ولا يعمل إلا بعد موافقتك الصريحة التي نطلبها قبل سؤالك الأول. عند كل سؤال نرسل عبر خادمنا إلى مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي موثوق:
- سؤالك وآخر رسائل المحادثة.
- أرقامك المحسوبة من التطبيق، بالأسماء التي كتبتها للبطاقات والقروض والأهداف.
تُرسل لإنتاج الرد فقط. لا نرسل بريدك ولا كلمة مرورك، ولا نستعمل هذه البيانات نحن لتدريب أي نموذج، ولا نبيعها. ويعالجها المزوّد لإنتاج الرد وفق شروطه ويعيد النتيجة فقط.
ما قد يصل إلى جهاتٍ أخرى
- مزوّد الاستضافة: يستضيف التطبيق والخادم، وقد يسجّل سجلاتٍ تقنية مؤقتة (مثل عنوان IP) للتشغيل والحماية.
- خدمة خطوط عامة: تُحمَّل منها خطوط التطبيق.
- تقارير الأعطال إلى خادم جازيبليس: نوع الخطأ ونوع المتصفّح ومعرّفٌ عشوائي، بلا أرقامك ولا بريدك.
- مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي: كما في الفقرة السابقة، وبعد موافقتك.
- Apple: إن اشتركت من داخل تطبيق iPhone يتم الدفع لدى Apple، ولا تصلنا بيانات بطاقتك.
ما لا نفعله
- لا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع إعلاني، ولا بيع بيانات أو مشاركتها للتسويق.
- لا إشعارات.
- لا ربط بحساباتك البنكية ولا وصول إليها.
حقوقك وتحكّمك
- نسخة من بياناتك: «حسابي» ← نسخة احتياطية ← نزّل النسخة.
- حذف الحساب: «حسابي» ← احذف حسابي وكل بياناتي. يُحذف فورًا من خادمنا مع أرقامك ورسائل الدعم واشتراكك. ولأن حسابك واحدٌ لكل تطبيقات جازيبليس، تُحذف معه بياناتك واشتراكاتك فيها (مثل كُلفة). وأرقامك على جهازك تبقى حتى تمسحها منه.
- سحب موافقة الذكاء الاصطناعي: توقّف عن استعمال «اسأل»، وامسح المحادثة بـ«محادثة جديدة»، أو احذف حسابك.
الأطفال
راتبي موجّهٌ للبالغين الذين يديرون دخلهم والتزاماتهم، وليس للأطفال.

Ratbi calculates from your own numbers.
In short
We never ask for a card number, code, account number or bank name; we show no ads, do not track you, and do not sell your data.
What you enter
- Your salary and pay day, monthly and yearly bills, and shopping list.
- Your cards: a name you choose, limit, balance, profit rate, monthly payment and minimum.
- Your loans: a name you choose, remaining amount, instalment, instalments left and quoted rate.
- Your emergency fund and goals, weekly-session snapshots, and your conversation with the smart assistant.
Where it is stored
- Without an account: on your device only, in the browser or app storage.
- With an account: your email, your password as a hash (we cannot read it), and a copy of your numbers on our server with our hosting provider so they reach your devices.
The smart assistant and AI
The smart assistant is a subscriber feature and works only after the explicit consent we ask for before your first question. With each question we send, through our server, to a trusted AI provider:
- Your question and the latest messages of the conversation.
- Your figures as calculated by the app, with the names you gave your cards, loans and goals.
They are sent only to produce the reply. We never send your email or password, we do not use this data to train any model, and we do not sell it. The provider processes it under its own terms to produce the reply and returns only the result.
What may reach other parties
- Hosting provider: hosts the app and server, and may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address) for operation and security.
- Public font service: serves the app’s fonts.
- Crash reports to the JAZIPLACE server: the error, your browser type and a random ID, never your numbers or your email.
- AI provider: as described above, after your consent.
- Apple: if you subscribe inside the iPhone app, payment happens with Apple and your card details never reach us.
What we never do
- No ads, no ad tracking, no selling or sharing data for marketing.
- No notifications.
- No connection to, or access to, your bank accounts.
Your rights and controls
- A copy of your data: My account → Backup → Download.
- Delete your account: My account → Delete my account and all my data. It is removed from our server at once, with your numbers, support messages and subscription. Because your account is one account for every JAZIPLACE app, your data and subscriptions in those apps (such as Kulfa) are deleted with it. Numbers on your device stay until you clear them there.
- Withdraw AI consent: stop using Ask, clear the conversation with “New conversation”, or delete your account.
Children
Ratbi is meant for adults managing their own income and commitments, not for children.
