من جازيبليس، وماذا تعمل؟Who is JAZIPLACE, and what do you do?
نصمّم تطبيقاتنا ونبنيها ونشغّلها بأنفسنا منذ 2026، ونبيع داخلها منتجات رقمية من تصميمنا.We have designed, built and run our own apps since 2026, and we sell digital items of our own design inside them.

على أي أجهزة تعمل؟What does it run on?
كُلفة في المتصفّح وعلى ويندوز، وخشوع في المتصفّح، وراتبي وناولي وفلنت كال على iPhone حين تصدر.Kulfa runs in the browser and on Windows, Khushoo in the browser, and Ratbi, Nowly and Flint Cal on iPhone when they launch.
ماذا عن خصوصيتي؟What about my privacy?
كل تطبيق يطلب أقل ما يلزمه ليعمل، ولا يطلب ما لا يحتاجه. ولأي سؤال عن بياناتك، راسلنا.Each app asks for the least it needs to work, and nothing it does not need. For any question about your data, email us.
كيف أبلغ عن مشكلة؟How do I report a problem?
راسلنا على hello@jaziplace.com باسم التطبيق ووصف المشكلة، ولقطة شاشة إن أمكن.Email hello@jaziplace.com with the app name, what went wrong, and a screenshot if you can.
كيف تتم المشتريات داخل التطبيقات؟How do in-app purchases work?
يتولّاها مزوّد المتجر على جهازك، وهو المسؤول عن الدفع والفوترة. وإن احتجت مساعدة في شيء اشتريته فراسلنا.They are handled by the store provider on your device, which takes care of payment and billing. If you need help with something you bought, email us.
