الخدمة

كُلفة أداةٌ برمجية لحساب التكاليف والهوامش ونقطة التعادل، تعرض نتائجَ محسوبةً من الأرقام التي تُدخلها أنت.

ليست استشارة

ما يعرضه التطبيق ليس استشارةً ماليةً أو محاسبيةً أو ضريبيةً مرخّصة، ولا يُغني عن مختص. قراراتك التجارية مسؤوليتك.

دقة النتائج

دقة المخرجات تتبع دقة المدخلات. وقراءة الفواتير والقوائم آليةٌ قد تخطئ، ولهذا تُعرض عليك للمراجعة قبل الحفظ، فراجعها دائمًا.

الاشتراك

على الويب: اشتراك شهري لثلاثين يومًا، لا يُجدَّد تلقائيًّا.
من App Store: يُدفع عبر حسابك في Apple، ويُجدَّد تلقائيًّا ما لم تُلغه قبل نهاية المدة بأربعٍ وعشرين ساعة على الأقل، ويُدار ويُلغى من إعدادات حسابك في Apple.
يستمر اشتراكك حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.
تبقى الخطة المجانية متاحةً ضمن حدودها المعلنة.
حدود الاستخدام موضّحةٌ داخل التطبيق، وقد تتغيّر بإشعارٍ مسبق.

الاسترداد

النسخة المجانية تفتح أساس التطبيق (ثلاثة أصناف وقناتان وقراءة يومية) فتجرّبه قبل أن تدفع. ولهذا لا نردّ قيمة اشتراكٍ عند العدول أو عند عدم الاستخدام بعد التفعيل.

ونَنظر في الاسترداد في حالتين اثنتين: أن تراسلنا خلال سبعة أيام من الاشتراك ولم تكن قد استعملت أيًّا من ميزاته المدفوعة، أو أن يمنعك خللٌ تقنيٌّ من عندنا من استعماله وتُرفق ما يُثبته.

وفي الحالتين يكون الردّ بعد تأكّدنا ممّا ذُكر، ويُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها خلال خمسة إلى عشرة أيام عمل. وللطلب راسلنا من «الاقتراحات والدعم» داخل التطبيق.

واشتراكٌ اشتريته من داخل تطبيق App Store يخضع لسياسة Apple، ويُطلب منها مباشرةً.

الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع تجاوز حدود الاستخدام آليًّا، أو الوصول إلى حسابات غيرك، أو إعادة بيع الخدمة. ولنا إيقاف أي حسابٍ يخالف ذلك.

القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين مملكة البحرين، وتختصّ محاكمها بأي نزاعٍ ينشأ عنها. وما ورد فيها لا يُسقط حقوقًا يكفلها لك قانون حماية المستهلك.

تغيّر الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ونُخبرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر بريدك أو داخل التطبيق.

Kulfa is a software tool for calculating costs, margins and break-even, showing results computed from the figures you enter.

Not professional advice

What Kulfa shows is not licensed financial, accounting or tax advice and does not replace a professional. Your business decisions remain yours.

Accuracy

Output accuracy follows input accuracy. Invoice and menu scanning is automated and can be wrong, which is why every line is shown for review before saving. Always review it.

Subscription

On the web: a 30-day monthly subscription that does not renew automatically.
Through the App Store: paid with your Apple account, renewing automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and managed or cancelled in your Apple account settings.
Access continues to the end of the paid period.
The free plan remains available within its published limits.
Usage limits are shown in the app and may change with prior notice.

Refunds

The free plan opens the core of the app (three items, two channels and a daily scan) so you can try it before paying. For that reason we do not refund a subscription on a change of mind, or for non-use after activation.

We will consider a refund in two cases: you contact us within seven days of subscribing and have not used any of the paid features, or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using it and you attach evidence of it.

In both cases the refund follows our verification of what was stated, and the amount returns to the same payment method within five to ten working days. To request one, message us from “Suggestions and support” inside the app.

A subscription bought inside the App Store falls under Apple’s policy and is requested from them directly.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass usage limits programmatically, access other accounts, or resell the service. We may suspend any account that does.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or inside the app.
